What is the lead time for your team to assist a customer with configuring the QuickBooks integration?
Same Day, it is DIY signup and deployment, although we make ourselves available to support the process if needed.
Quickbook invoice and the payment integrations. When a Quickbooks invoice goes out via email, usually it includes a link to pay online. How is the track between Quickbooks and Zoho CRM? What type of payment options integrate with the Quickbooks / CRM desktop integration?
You need to create a custom field in the invoice module of Zoho CRM named “invoice balance”. We pull the current invoice balance from QB into this field, however we only pull individual payments with the platinum version because payments is not a standard object in Zoho CRM. With Bronze, Silver and Gold we only pull invoice balance.
Does your application add additional functionality to Quickbooks to automate the sending out of invoices? (i.e. Email templates, Mail merge features)
Can you create sales orders, estimates, and invoices within the CRM and send them to Quickbooks? If so, can you send them to the customer via Zoho CRM or wait until they are in Quickbooks?
Yes, we can create those in QuickBooks from the CRM but the API calls are not available for us to send them to customers automatically.
*If that is a requirement we can get them set up on Zoho Books integration with QB and then use Zoho Books to send quotes, sales orders and invoices.

How does it prevent duplicate Accounts (when there is an existing account in Quickbooks and in Zoho CRM, what happens)?
By default we use the account and customer name, if they are 100% the same we go ahead and match them up, if they are not the same the integration will dupe the records. If you like we can send you a list of potential dupes prior to deploying.
How does the QB integration determine the Main Quickbooks Contact for that Account that needs to go into Quickbooks, from Zoho?
Create a lookup field in the accounts module for the main contact in CRM and then pull that contact.
